1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service on the tdd77 website (tdd77.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with tdd77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these terms by reference. These terms apply to all users of the tdd77 platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site, and any person who accesses tdd77 content.

Your continued use of the tdd77 platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to create and maintain a tdd77 account, you must:

• Be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tdd77 or any other gaming operator;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

tdd77 conducts identity verification using CNIC or passport documentation. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an underage individual will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) tdd77 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering for a tdd77 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your account and must notify tdd77 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tdd77 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. tdd77 reserves the right to require additional identity documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification checks.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tdd77 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the tdd77 Payments section.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to the tdd77 wallet instantly upon transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits are processed within 1–4 business hours upon receipt of the transaction reference number submitted by the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts with pending verification documents will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• tdd77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.

tdd77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees independently of tdd77.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tdd77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise — unused bonus balances expire automatically;
• Only one bonus may be active on a tdd77 account at any given time;
• tdd77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel bonus credits in cases of suspected abuse, multiple account activity, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of their associated wagering conditions.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the tdd77 platform are governed by tdd77's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions and available within the sports betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity at tdd77:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tdd77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live bet placement, tdd77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account holder's wallet.
• tdd77 applies a maximum payout limit per event. The applicable limit is displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• tdd77 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Affected stakes will be returned to the account holder.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of statistical improbability.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final upon the announcement of the result by the dealer. No dispute will be entertained after the result has been declared.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tdd77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the tdd77 platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or syndicate betting intended to defraud tdd77 or other users;
• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity (money laundering);
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in tdd77 systems — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification;
• Accessing tdd77 services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

tdd77 takes problem gambling seriously. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months by contacting tdd77 support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be blocked from opening a new tdd77 account. Any bonuses active at the time of self-exclusion will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tdd77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

tdd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to service interruption, unauthorised account access, or reliance on information published on the tdd77 website. tdd77's total aggregate liability to any account holder shall not exceed the balance held in that account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tdd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via the contact details on file, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms come into effect. Your continued use of the tdd77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of tdd77 services, you agree to first contact tdd77 support to seek an informal resolution. tdd77 aims to resolve all account disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Class action proceedings are expressly excluded.
